MAC PLUS
Art. 3941040
The Mastervolt Mac Plus DC-DC battery charger 12/12-50: boosts the charge voltage to the house battery when it is connected to the alternator through long cable runs, or when the system uses a "smart" Euro 5/6 alternator that delivers a variable voltage. The 3-stage charging algorithm ensures fast, safe charging, while voltage stabilisation protects house batteries and sensitive equipment from spikes such as those generated by regenerative braking. Silent, with no forced ventilation, it also integrates a power-supply function so it can feed a sensitive device even without an extra battery.
Technical specifications:
- Input voltage 12V, output voltage 12V, current 50A
- Suitable for flooded lead-acid, Gel, AGM and lithium-ion batteries (including LiFePO4)
- Engine-running detection to protect the starter battery
- Programmable current limit to meet Euro 5/6 regulations
- Can be paralleled with other units for currents above 100A
- Temperature compensation and voltage sensing for optimal charging
- MasterBus connection for monitoring and smart automation
- Quick setup via DIP switch, rugged connections
- Protected against overload, overtemperature, DC short circuit, reverse polarity
- IP23 protection rating
- E-mark certified for mobile applications
- Original reference Mastervolt 81205105
