The ENO Tribù plancha brings the flat-plate cooking style of outdoor restaurants on deck, with a surface that heats evenly instead of creating hot and cold spots. The enamelled cast-iron plate is removable and can be brought straight to the table for serving, as well as being easier to clean than a fixed plate.
Stainless steel tubular burner with electronic ignition, safety thermocouple that shuts off the gas if the flame goes out, 304L stainless steel frame. Designed to fit into the onboard galley without taking up more space than needed.
