WOODEN PLUGS SET OF 9 PIECES

An accessory worth keeping aboard even if you hope never to need it: this kit of wooden emergency plugs is used to quickly stop up a hole left by a broken seacock, through-hull fitting or valve, limiting water ingress until you reach port or make a proper repair. The wood swells slightly on contact with water, improving the seal in the hole. Available as two kits of 9 pieces, in two diameter ranges to fit different hole sizes.
