The Transocean life raft is designed for navigation in extreme conditions: ISO 9650-1 certified, class A (activation at -15°C), with a double-insulated floor, automatic-opening canopy arch and 4.3 cd external light. Large containment pockets keep safety and survival equipment within reach, while a large floating anchor and a ballasted reversible ladder make climbing back out of the sea easy and comfortable.
Two survival equipment options are available, depending on expected rescue times: the standard version, without drinking water or food, if rescue is expected within 24 hours; the emergency version, which also includes water and food, if time at sea could exceed 24 hours.
