MIXING VALVE ISOTEMP

The Isotemp mixing valve regulates the water temperature leaving the boiler, blending hot and cold water before the tap: useful because the boiler's thermostat keeps the water above 70°C to prevent bacterial growth, a temperature too high to wash with directly without a scalding risk.
Compatible only with Isotemp boilers made after 2007: from that year the fitting changed from a parallel BSP thread to a tapered 1/2" one, so the valve doesn't fit earlier models.
Technical specifications:
- 1/2 inch fittings
- Compatible with Isotemp boilers made after 2007 (earlier models use a different thread fitting)
