ORIGIN KITCHEN WITH OVEN

The ENO Origin cooker, with two burners and a built-in oven, brings a real kitchen on board instead of just a hob: useful for anyone cruising for extended periods who doesn't want to give up baking a cake or roasting in the oven just because they're on a boat.

Cast-iron burners, side flame guards, safety thermocouple and pot holders keep everything steady and under control while cooking. The oven, with a tempered glass door, has a 24-litre capacity and 1800W output. The 30° gimbal mount keeps the cooker level as the boat heels. Runs on propane/butane gas, 30 mbar connection pressure; the gas system connector fitting is purchased separately.
