KITCHEN WITH OVEN / GRILL GRAND LARGE

The ENO Grand Large cooker, with three burners, an oven and a built-in grill, is designed for anyone living aboard for extended periods who wants to cook the way they would ashore, without settling for a bare-minimum hob.

Cast-iron burners, side flame guards, anti-roll pot holders and a safety thermocouple keep everything steady and under control while the boat is moving. The oven, with a tempered glass door and a catch to stop it swinging open on its own, has a 19-litre capacity and 1500W output, with a built-in 1350W grill for browning or gratinating without a separate appliance. The gimbal mount keeps the cooker level as the boat heels. Electric ignition. Runs on propane/butane gas, 30 mbar connection pressure; the gas system connector fitting is purchased separately.
