The ENO Duo two-burner hob, in mirror-polished stainless steel, has a gimbal mount that keeps it level even as the boat heels: the natural choice for a sailboat, where the cooktop needs to stay horizontal regardless of the hull's angle.
Safety thermocouple that shuts off the gas if the flame goes out, and pot holders to keep cookware in place. Runs on butane/propane gas and is CE/AGA/USCG approved. The connector fitting between the hob and the gas system is purchased separately.
